INDIALANTIC, FL/FEBRUARY 2021 – Jo Anne Infurna, sales agent with Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE), has announced that the townhome community, Island Walk Villas, is sold out. Island Walk, built by developer Coy Clark Company, is a community of 23 townhomes within walking distance of the ocean in Indian Harbour Beach. Infurna, a Top Producing sales agent, was the exclusive listing agent for Island Walk.
“These beautiful, high quality family residences were offered at an affordable price-point,” said Infurna. “In addition to selling the newly built townhomes, I’ve closed on several re-sells. The majority of the owners in this community are snowbirds, and professionals, including doctors and dentists.”
Infurna credits her aggressive marketing tactics for the success, including hosting several broker-opens and open houses, and utilizing the many innovative DSRE marketing and advertising tools. “When I was given the original four listings in December of 2017, the market for the product was flat. I developed a sales plan that included new photos, a listing presentation and a marketing plan which included placing it on the MLS in Orlando, Vero Beach, Palm Beach County, Brevard County and Daytona.” She advertised the community locally, regionally and globally, taking advantage of DSRE’s many relationships with world-wide leading real estate affiliates.
The community was also the only beachside property to be included in the Parade of Homes, which earned them the “Builder Developer” award for their design. Island Walk Villas are 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2 baths, 2 car garage homes ranging from 2068 sq. feet to 2575 sq. feet. The units were originally priced from the mid-$300’s, but are currently selling in the mid-$400’s.
“Before COVID-19 hit, we were seeing 20 people a day walk in to view our models,” Infurna remembers. “We closed down the sales center for about a month, then opened up with new strategies to still be able to show and sell our product.” Infurna said that the development is still so popular that she has prospective buyers calling her every day, even though there is nothing at Island Walk currently on the market. She’s maintaining a list of those buyers in the event something does come up for sale.
Infurna has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 35 years. She specializes in international, waterfront and luxury properties. She is a Certified International Property Specialist and a Trans Relocation Specialist. She’s currently working with a lot of new construction sales by various builders, and recently sold a $1.2 million oceanfront home. During 2020, even though the country was dealing with a pandemic, Infurna was pleased to have had the highest sales and listings, over $3 million, at her Indialantic office. Infurna is a member of the Home Builder’s and Contractor’s Association of Brevard County.
