Schreader was born and raised in Romania before her family moved to Pennsylvania when she was 17 years old. After graduating high school, Schreader earned her BA in Economics and Mathematics and then her Masters in Math Education from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She taught at Philadelphia University, Temple University and Penn State University, prior to becoming a Realtor. After conducting real estate transactions of her own, flipping homes for a profit, Schreader realized how crucial curb appeal was for getting top dollar in a home sale. She now applies that knowledge in her real estate career.
In addition to providing outstanding customer service, she attributes her success in the real estate market largely to her dedication to providing solutions to get maximum results for her clients. Schreader gives her real estate clients the added advantage of being an “expert” marketer to sell their homes smarter and faster.
Now living in Suntree, Florida, Schreader is very familiar with all the local neighborhoods. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cruising, reading, dancing, biking, and time with her family and her cat ‘Browny’. She also proudly supports several local charities, volunteers, tutors and teaches one Algebra class at EFSC in Melbourne.
