Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Pearce spent 30+ years in business finance and customer service with both city government and the private sector. For 3 years immediately before earning her license, she worked as an assistant in a real estate firm learning the specifics of the real estate business. In addition, Pearce has over 10 years of retail sales experience and holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management.
Providing excellent customer service has always been Pearce’s primary goal. With her experience in the finance industry, Pearce clearly understands contracts, negotiations, and market trends. She is excited to help her clients find their dream home or sell their current home for the best price. Having purchased and sold 9 of her own homes with her husband, she knows how important those decisions are to the client and promises to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Pearce moved to the Melbourne area 5 years ago, with her husband Jim and their Yorkshire Terrier Bailey. The family moved to Vero Beach in 2020. “Vero Beach is a beautiful community,” Pearce says. “I fell in love with it the first time I visited. It has so much to offer in the way of culture, shopping and the amazing ocean and Indian River! It is the best maintained city that I have ever seen and is simply beautiful!” When not showing real estate to her clients, Pearce enjoys yoga, gardening and bicycling.
