Raised in Florida and living in the Sebastian area since 2004, Holmes understands the tangible and intangible assets of Sebastian community. Holmes graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. Having been a District Manager, from Jacksonville to Miami and a veterinary hospital owner (non-DVM owner) as well as being a current business owner locally, Holmes knows how important the local community is. She understands attention to detail as she managed over 37 sites and hundreds of employees during her career.
Her years in business and extensive experience in setting up businesses gives her a unique set of skills. With excellent communication skills, Holmes is able to quickly determine her customers’ needs in buying and selling properties. Her ability to understand contracts, patience during negotiations and calm demeanor helps her customers navigate the real estate process smoothly.
Holmes delights in showing off her hometown. An avid kayaker, runner and fisherwoman, she loves showing newcomers the natural beauty of Sebastian and the surrounding area.
