Tench has joined the DSRE team at the company’s satellite office in Sea Oaks, a private community on Vero Beach’s Barrier Island. She has been a REALTOR® for 6 years and as a dedicated and enthusiastic professional, Tench has earned a reputation for being immediately responsive and always patient. With the real estate designation of an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), her career as a REALTOR® showcases her considerable experience and knowledge of all of Indian River County. Although she has a particular focus on Sea Oaks, she assists buyers and sellers from Sebastian to mainland Vero Beach and throughout the barrier island.
Tench joined DSRE for several reasons. “I love the reputation that this company has in the community,” she said. “They offer their agents a wide variety of training, marketing and sales tools, they’re extremely philanthropic, and they manage the Sales and Rental Center in Sea Oaks. That was very important to me.” Tench and her family have owned property in Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club since 1996. She has enjoyed the Sea Oaks lifestyle and community for many years.
Tench lived in many areas of the United States, from Atlanta to Boston and San Diego, but she finally moved full-time to Vero Beach more than 22 years ago. Tench loves the outdoor lifestyle and enjoys running, biking and traveling. Tench is well known in the community as the co-owner and operator of Tangos Seafood and Steak House, one of Vero Beach’s finest restaurants.
