Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Josh Stalls has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.
Growing up on the Treasure Coast, Stalls learned at a young age how precious the local lands were and what heritage and tradition meant to Florida’s families. The son of an agricultural real estate family, Stalls learned the importance of the preservation of land and protecting the area’s natural resources while managing smart growth and development. As a kid and teenager traveling around the area with his father, Stalls learned all the nuances of his home, from the Atlantic Ocean west to Okeechobee and from Brevard County south to Martin County.
Although Stalls is also the day to day operations manager for his family’s property on Vero Beach’s Barrier Island, selling real estate is his real passion. “I love this area with all its history, but I also love how the future is unfolding for our residents. I like being able to be a part of local conservation while also helping new families move to this beautiful part of Florida. I have two sons, ages 8 & 13, and I know what a great childhood they’re having here in this area, so I understand the quality of life people are looking for when they move here. I’m honored to be able to help them.”
