Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Ray Ferngren has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.
Ray Ferngren is used to dealing with multi-million-dollar portfolios. As a member of the financial services industry, Ferngren helped guide clients with decisions relating to their financial goals. That experience and knowledge is what sets him apart from other real estate sales agents.
“I believe that my experience in the financial services industry allows me to understand the financial component of a real estate transaction as well as my customers budgets and loan processes,” said Ferngren. “I understand the pros and cons of different loan packages and can help my customers make the best decision based on their individual financial well-being.”
Ferngren has joined the Live Now Team in Sebastian and is finally living in what he calls “the best of Florida.” Moving here from Jacksonville was a natural decision for and he and his wife. “My father retired to Sebastian 25 years ago so we’ve been visiting here for a long time. When the time came to leave the Northeast part of Florida, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. We love the feeling of living in a small community, and getting to know our neighbors and fellow residents, and all the business and shop owners.”
When Ferngren made the decision to join the real estate industry, he remembered his own personal experiences in buying and selling homes, and after observing the Live Now Team, he knew he found the right fit. “The professionalism is unparalleled at Dale Sorensen Real Estate. Ferngren will specialize in residential, single family-homes and condominiums in family oriented and senior 55+ communities in the Sebastian area.
Ferngren and his wife, Carrie, enjoy fishing, fitness and getting to know all the local parks and waterways. He previously served on the Archdiocese of St. Augustine’s investment committee that served the loan needs of member churches.
